I’m Kelly Wojda, founder and lead consultant. After more than three decades in the corporate world as a global talent leader, I founded Best Shot Consulting in late 2024 with a clear purpose: to help leaders improve human outcomes while navigating change and driving business results.

Over time, I’ve learned that striving can harm team collaboration, stifle innovation, and take a toll on well-being. Instead, curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn are what truly drive progress.

Why “Best Shot”?

The name Best Shot stems from a life lesson I learned as a defiant nine-year-old at a track meet, during a pivotal conversation with my dad, a coach. Encouraged to forget about the podium that day, I learned about perseverance and growth. You can read more about this story on our Journal page.
